Everyone says it, cooking is about love, sharing, giving of oneself, and in my case, it’s also a family affair.
Mexican cuisine is based on the knowledge of my ancestors since pre-Hispanic times, on mixing these ingredients – at the time entirely pure and organic, as well as their knowledge of the health benefits of plants, and the properties of fruits and vegetables that they cultivated. An organic, seasonal cuisine. A cuisine that is imbued with different flavors from every corner of the vast Mexican territory. A complex, rich cuisine, but at the same time subtle and delicate, a symbol of their identity.
My wish is that every dish can transport you across the Atlantic, and that with every bite a gentle Mexican breeze will warm your spirit.
