As an agronomist by training and a botanical enthusiast, I have been promoting the work of tea and plant producers for 25 years.
I also pass on this passion through books, advice and training.
Today, I share my values of 100% naturalness, short-circuits and gastronomy through my new tea brand: “Lydia Gautier – Thés & Tisanes d’Auteurs” in the spirit of the wines of authors. As a tea sommelier, I select exceptional raw materials and create blends of plants, without aromas.
My knowledge and the quality of the raw materials rejuvinate the tasting experience. You can discover exclusive and artisanal recipes produced in my workshop such as Alga Narcissus, a blend of wulong tea and seaweed from Brittany, T Revive, a green tea from Japan with lemongrass and ginger, or Granotcha, an infusion combining buckwheat and barley produced in France. I also offer original teas from a short-circuit, resulting from my personal relationship with tea producers around the world.
