All my recipes are based on my father’s traditional cooking method combined with my twist of modern georgian cousine… As a mother l’m trying to feed my kids with plant based meal. My goal is to use at least 20 different ingredients each day to provide a diverse nutrition plan, witch is the most important thing for today!

l believe everyone has the power to make our planet a better place simply by transforming the way we eat.

Plant-based foods are vital to the sustainability of our food system. To positively impact our planet, and health of future generations, we need to increase awareness and celebrate the benefits of a plant-based diet.

We need chefs, scientists, farmers, enterpreneurs and food lovers to gather and share ideas about sustainability and biodiversity in the culinary industry to save our planet to save future generation!!

Only chefs have the power to introduce biodiverse ingredients into people’s everyday lives in a delicious and sustainable way.. we have to promote healthy eating and the use of fresh, seasonal produce!
