Today, eating good food must be a priority for everyone; we must relearn how to eat in season, to adapt to our environment, what better way than to do it around the table, this table that we have all too neglected. It weaves strong and lasting social and family ties, it is the showcase of our artisans and producers, of the cultural richness that surrounds us, accessible to all and more than anything educates in a loving and joyful way. The climate emergency is a reality, the key is in the way we feed ourselves, if today we are teaching as many people as possible to consume better in season, locally, to choose better and to consume less animal protein, there is no there will be less reason to produce more.
