Why different? Simply because, in this restaurant, our credo is natural cuisine, without chemicals. Thierry Schwartz, Chevalier du Mérite agricole, began cooking in this spirit 16 years ago now. The Gault&Millau, for example, said of his cuisine “you learn what one of the best salads in the world can be”. The Michelin Guide for its part, evoked a “cuisine of great delicacy”. The chef’s cuisine is one of sharing and conviviality, close to nature.
